“It all started with Alberto at the front desk! The level of outstanding customer service provided by him was amazing, the last hotel I felt that way was at Le Sirenuse! The suite was great immaculate clean! The service at Maury’s also felt like NYC in the old days. This hotel really train its staff to be the best, keep up the good job.”

“My husband and I travel often and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. We booked a basic room but then had an option to upgrade to a sun suite with a balcony when we arrived- thank you Dakota! We decided to go for it and we were so happy we did! We could’ve lived in that suite forever. It had everything you would ever need. Gorgeous kitchen with top of the line everything. Wolf appliances, Subzero fridge, Nespresso coffee or the would bring you a Keurig if you prefer, Cambria Quartz countertops…everything was so well done and immaculate. Huge dining area, washer and dryer, 2 gigantic tv’s, living room, super comfortable bed, tons of storage, his and hers closets, huge balcony overlooking the gorgeous water with dining area and chaise lounges to overlook the sunset every night. Bathroom was huge, double sinks, giant shower with good water pressure and separate area for Toto toilet. Plenty of privacy. Smelled amazing when you walked in. My husband usually wipes down our hotel rooms when we get there. He didn’t even get his cleaning kit out. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. Not a stain on the furniture or rugs. It was like brand new. And that’s just our room. The whole resort was that way! The pools were gorgeous, warm, clean, and huge so they never felt crowded and we were there the week after Christmas…one of the busiest of the year. Nothing felt crowded. They had tons of food options, live entertainment nightly…our favorite was Flip Flop Dave and the duo in Maury’s (sounded just like Sinatra!) David Lahm and Jeremy Russell. The food was fantastic. There is a food hall with tons of options but it’s not like a food court. It is like a bunch of upscale restaurants so there is something for everyone. Phenomenal! The drinks were wonderful! Shoutout to O- the best bartender around! We didn’t even leave the property other than 1 time to go on a Christmas cruise. We are already booking a trip to return!

“From the minute we arrived, we knew we made the right call! BEAUTIFUL and grand property right on the water. Every resort crew member we encountered could not have been more pleasant and informative. Happy faces, big greetings and plenty of stay and property information.
We had a beautiful King harbor view room w/ on floor seven, tower one, w/ a slider door (no balcony) to enjoy unobstructed views and a cool breeze. The room was spotless and well appointed w/ plenty of USB hubs and state of the art room control panel. The resort also provides two bathrobes for guest use.
The resort offers two luxurious pools, one on ground level for all ages and one on floor 8, tower 2 for adults only. Again, everyone staff member we encountered was helpful, smiling and informative about the pools and their use. Bars and restaurants are located at both pools, plenty of chairs and loungers and umbrellas.
There are a plethora of dining options as well. Too many to list individually but there is a wonderful food court with a large assortment to satisfy any age or craving. Several sit down to be served options as well as the pool snack, bar and food services.
There is a lovely “boardwalk” that stretches the harbor front for a nice stroll, a gym, spa and valet parking as well as self serve parking.
The resort is HUGE and for us, had something for everyone. I want to personally mention Zachary at the front desk, who was simply wonderful, as well as Tara, who helped us select a room and floor when I called to inquire for our online check in.
Lastly, I will mention that we are Diamond with Hilton, and have had all sorts of experiences over the years (good, bad and ugly), but this was one of our favorites!!!

“My daughter surprised me with a surprise spa day here in early December & it was wonderful. We are local & didn’t stay, just a day trip. The spa was beautiful & the attendants were so hospitable & kind. We had the couples massage & this room with a couple probably my favorite couples massage room that I’ve been in. It was so spacious & the beds were a dream…heated & adjustable. The therapist were phenomenal & we enjoyed the massages so much. We then had lunch lounging by the pool at Level Blue. The sushi & drinks were great. As were the stunning views.”

Beautiful hotel property with good restaurant options, a lovely rooftop pool and bar overlooking water for a reasonable price. “What a gem of a resort! This was such a wonderful vacation for us and we are locals in Florida. The fantastic customer service started with Emily, our front desk reservation agent who made our sure our stay was going to be the very best. She was so kind to us and really stood out. Steve Tufts was our bellhop that we asked for on the way out too because he too was a gem of a person. He had a huge smile the whole time and bent over backwards for us with the most pleasant personality. We loved him! The whole resort is beautiful, clean and always had so much to do. The adult pool and the general pool were amazing and we split our time there. We cannot wait to come back again soon with more friends!”

From the food hall, the amazing room overlooking the harbor, to the rooftop pool (ask for Ella, she was wonderful), everything was amazing! Lorelei Spa was one of the best massages each of us had received and the staff was all so gracious and helpful.
